Accurate and Straightforward to use.
Be careful where you place these. They really do need to be behind your arm where they will not get knocked. I have these sensors for three years now and am glad I have stopped the frequent finger pricking. Every so often I do a counter check and there is very little variation between the sensor and the finger prick. Customer service is great. Highly recommend them.

libre 2 , instructions on observations below
10/10 quick reading instructions; example 1 ; if your blood sugar thru this reader says 8 but with an arrow going up then your blood will read 10 to 10.5. on a blood testing machine example2 ; if blood thru the reader is 8 with arrow going down then your blood sugar will be 6ish on a blood machine example 3; if your blood sugar reads 8 and the arrow is horizontal then you are at that moment equal to a blood sugar reading on a blood test machine. i write this because people don't know which result is correct, blood is always always more accurate But there is a pattern to the libre 2 and the above statement is it .. there will always be variations, but the sorta gives you an idea this machine is worth it... im a type 1 diabetic for over 50 years, with good control up until this year, now that i have to have a really good look at whats going on in my body this is saving my life & my finger tips

Good concept
As a Type 2 diabetic, I decided to self fund (not cheap) to use these after years of stabbing my fingers doing blood tests. Also I chose this brand as the NHS is giving these to some diabetic patients. However whilst I expected the readings to be "within the range" of the blood test, a bit disappointed that quite a large number of results can be really way off. For example, blood result shows 8 whilst the Libre2 shows the reading as 11. At the other end, blood result of 6 would show on Libre2 as 3.9. ( which might lead someone to actually think they are running low, & take in more sugar) And it wasn't the first time the results varied. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, though I have followed all the instructions, I don't know how a insulin dependant person can trust & adjust their dose based only on these readings. I would use this as an "indication" of my glucose reading and follow up any suspicious result with a blood test to confirm. But I like the concept and it has certainly reduced the number of times I prick my fingers - as long as the reading makes sense.

Very misleading !!
I bought this thinking that everything was included but it wasn't on opening the box. Being that it is a medical item & on returning the item for a refund I received a lot less than I paid out so make sure you read & understand exactly what you're paying for !!! Since bought a cheaper version/brand & it's perfect for the job.

easy to use
this is a bit pricey but can you put a price on your health? easy to use it looks accurate but I will have to compare with the health care workers method. As far as I know you can do as many readings as you want and find out what foods or drink are effecting you, cut them out and try again.

Accuracy
My husband is a diebetic and cannot get this product on prescription as he is type 2 he also has dementia and forgets to inject insulin so this product to me is extremely good as it keeps him on track Mrs Hinks

You don't need to buy the reader - use app on phone for free!
I bought the reader and paid £74.99 only to realise you don't actually need the reader! You can use the free app which you download onto your phone and then your phone works with the sensors as a reader. So I wouldn't waste money buying the reader if you own a smartphone. The reader is also less easy to use than the app, you can see all the data far more easily on your phone.

Brilliant reader
Excellent piece of equipment, a must for type 1 diabetics especially in this hot weather, much more detail than what's on the app.
