Overall good
I didn't expect it to work so well, but here I am lmfao. Works EXTREMELY well if you're struggling with hormonal acne, and cleared up the majority of my blemishes in 2 weeks. Of course, I'm still dealing with dark spots and certain spots, but controls most of the issues I was struggling with. Would recommend to any high schooler who wants something effective but broke lol

Good for clear skin
My skin cleared up after a few weeks of taking this.Anytime I feel like I’m going to be breaking out like eating lots of sweets or I’m close to starting my period I’ll take some for a week and my skin is good. Easy to swallow doesn’t have a lingering taste.

Good but had stomach discomfort at first
I bought this for my hormonal acne. For the first few days I noticed some digestive discomfort but it’s subsided. My skin is starting to look a lot clearer.

Promising, but not for me
I bought this vitamin B5 hoping it would help with my acne. It seems promising, but unfortunately, it caused some digestive discomfort for me. I wish I could keep taking it, but the side effects made it difficult. Giving it 3 stars because it might still work well for others.

Worked wonders in clearing acne + healing skin!!
I bought this after watching a youtube influencer’s video on her health and acne journey. Since then I’ve been eating this with vitamin C daily and my cystic acne just magically cleared up. Skin healed. Vitamin is also at play but I’ve since discontinued Vitamin C and I still don’t get breakouts.
