Is the B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? Thank you.

The nutrition list was updated to stop hiding the lies of the company. It's worthless, synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which our bodies cannot use & it deposits Cyanide in our tissue over time the more we use supplements that contain it. :( Their claims of real food forms are deceptive.

what is the name of the eye vitamin?

I'm assuming that you mean folic acid (folate). Vitamin B complex is not usually considered an "eye vitamin". What is the form of B-12? is it methylcobalamin? Thanks

I don't know the form of B-12 in the vitamins, but the manufacture indicates that the vitamins are from fresh local foods. I do know that cyancobalamin is made by chemical process and has put me in the ER. So far this brand of vitamins has not.

These are like a sweet treat for me when I want to add some extra Vitamin B12. I actually really like the ginger flavor! Who knew?! The texture is softer than a Haribo gummy. I love this brand and buy sooooo much from them. Now, I have noticed one big change. I added these at the same time as extra vitamin D and low dose melatonin. I have less grays around my temples. I’m a female and that seems to be the first place I’m graying. But it’s a lot less now!! Thank God I don’t have to dye my hair yet.

Love this brand. Item is in glass which I love, these vitamins seem to work well for me. I love the clean ingredients. The pills can be larger for some to swallow but I don’t have an issue.

This is the form that B12 gets absorbed by the body! After one month, the blood work showed the improved results, while other forms of B12, in much higher doses, taken for six months, didn't give the normal level of B12 in the lab work.
