Jarrow Formulas, Bone-Up, 180 Capsules

I have been using this product for several years due to osteoporosis. I feel that it has definitely made a difference in my bone strength.

This is my 3rd or 4th order of Bonu-Up, but my first order of the One pill per meal. The capsule is considerably larger. I thought I would open it up and pour it in a shot glass with water, but it doesn’t dissolve. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, this one may be difficult for you. Otherwise my blood work & calcium levels were great .

I bought these in anticipation of a surgery that involved fusing bones together. These included all of the vitamins I was looking for. You are supposed to take 1 pill with each of your 3 meals a day and those 3 pills per day equal the nutritional values listed on the label. While smelling the inside of bottle itself, it doesn't smell great, but I don't notice any smells from 1 pill at a time. My only real complaint is that the pills are LARGE. I have a little trouble swallowing them, but I still can.

I have recommended this bone support to "older" women I know. I take this with other nutritional supplements, as well. Often, I cannot tolerate meds and suppliments, but these I can. I highly recommend, that if one is looking for a bone suppliment, check out the list of ingredients. It "checks a lot of boxes.
