Gives me sooo much energy and alertness!! I battled chronic fatigue for years and I haven’t felt fatigue at all since taking this every day. I think the recommended dosage is a bit more than you need. I just take two supplements in the morning and two in the afternoon. Gives me the energy to get through the day! Amazing stuff!! I’m buying the bigger bottle next time!! The only warning I have is don’t take if you are going to drink alcohol! I took it the morning after having a few drinks and I felt sick and threw up right after. It doesn’t mix well if there is ANY alcohol in your system because it works to cleanse your system of toxins. Just FYI.

One of the images shows this product being in a capsule form, so I assumed these are capsules that I can open up, but they're actually tablets. I know that the product bottle states tablets, but I wasn't looking so close there and seeing the capsules I assumed they are capsules. Misleading image :( I attached an image of the actual tablets. The reason why this bothers me that they are tablets is that this means the extra ingredients (silica, and rice extract) are in the actual product, where I thought they were in the capsule that I can just discard after dumping out.
