وصلتي المنتج بشكل مشكوك فيه : ١- كان المنتج موضوع في كيس بلاستيك نفس المستخدم للسندوتشات ،و حفظ الاطعمة ٢- المنتج وصلني باسم شخص غريب ( مزمل علي ) رغم ان العنوان عنواني ، و لما سألت السائق اللي يوصل من هو هذا مزمل علي ، اجابني لانه هو من طلب مني التوصيل لعنوانكم ؟؟!!! . ٣- قوام الشامبو و لونه لم يكن نفس اللي متعودة عليه
