Quiet Riot - Greatest Hits

The first three albums were pretty good. After that not so good. The hits are all here on this album at an excellent price . Recommended!

I know I'm not very imaginative when it comes to titling my reviews, but that's the way it goes. Another band that wasn't around for very long. I don't think it was the people who decided to shelve them. I don't know if this music is very popular with anyone else, I don't care about others' opinions. I still love it. My fav song is The Wild and The Young. It's a teen anthem type of song. Music that is very much relevant today as it was when it was first released.

Compiling some of the best tracks from the Pasha Years which saw Kevin DuBrow on lead vocals for Metal Health, Condition Critical and QRIII and Paul Shortino on the self titled fourth album QR. What you get are 6 studio tracks from the DuBrow years consisting of 3 from M.H., 2 from C.C. and 1 from QRIII and 3 studio tracks from QR with Shortino on vocals. And to end the album 2 previously unreleased live tracks with DuBrow on vocals. The booklet interior is very lackluster. It is a simple bifold with minimal track info, no band photos, no info from where the live tracks were taken from and no remastering (if any) or album compiled by data. It's still a solid 4 star release due to the best cuts from this era plus the live tracks that are presented but unfortunately with no info mentioned above within the booklet it loses at least one star.

Great CD. Like a walk down memory lane. Have tickets to see Quiet Riot this summer and taking our teen daughter. Wanted to introduce her to the music before we go BUT she knew 3 of the songs already!! This band rocks.

I am Grego,, this CD the greatest hits is really bad I would buy it once more if I had to, it plays perfect sound, plus if you know Quiet Roit,, you know Good music.

Quit Riots Greatest Hits kann man eigentlich getrost allen Metal Fans empfehlen, die Platten wie „Metal Health" und „Condition Critical" nicht ihr eigen nennen können. Wie der Name Best off schon sagt, befinden sich auch eigentlich nur „Sahnestücke" auf der Cd und man kann, auch aufgrund ihres mittlerweile günstigen Preises, bedenkenlos zugreifen. Ein paar Höhepunkte sind: „Cum on feel the Noize", "Bang your Head" und „Slick Black Cadillac" von Metal Health sowie: „Mama we're all Crazy now" und „Party all Night" von Condition Critical. Ein weiteres Highlight ist „The wild and the Young" von der Cd QR III. So geht's munter weiter. Schade ist nur das nach 9 Tracks (ohne die 2 Live Tracks) schon alles vorbei ist, da hätten es bei so einer Band auch ruhig mal 15-16 Tracks auf einer Best off sein dürfen. Auch das sehr dünne Booklet ist ein kleiner Punktabzug, kann aber letztlich die herausragenden Hits einer grossen Band nicht Schmälern!

Tenia el LP sencillo y bueno, siempre es bueno recordad como inicia uno en esto de la musica y Quiet Riot siempre ha sido una banda que a mi me gusta bastante, excelente disco!!

Superbe disque. Un régal pour les oreilles. On aurait pu mettre deux cd tellement on a plaisir a écouter. .

Great feel like a teenager again

I have quiet riots first 2 records but on this cd thers 2 live songs reminds me when I saw them live in Vancouver in the pacific coliseum when the boys had a number 1 record
