My gynae recommended this supplement as I can’t take HRT. I was hoping it would help with hot flashes and tiredness and menopause brain and forgetfulness. It’s really helped Witt he tiredness I seem to have a lot more energy and in the first month I lost 3 kilos - not sure if it’s because I am exercising more because I have more energy or because the tablets have balanced my cravings so I don’t always feel so hungry- either way I am happy and have ordered another 3 month supply!

I am very happy with the result it’s only two weeks and I see huge different on belly part and plus it helps a lot to loose ur appetite and extremely helped me with digestion (which was my main problem) let’s see :) I am using it for two weeks now I will b back after two month with complete result

The items I received are old and melted, and I do not know how to exchange them with you can you arrange to pick them up and exchange them for the proper new items?

Did not work. I used all three bottles and with previtalize and I gained weight instead of lost. And still feeling fatigue and foggy mind. Waste of money.

Been on it for 6 months, my hot flushes have increased, my belly suffering more bloating, and cravings are up.

The product arrived with the pills discolored when I opened it. I would like a replacement as I am scared to take the pills that are spoiled and bad.

Found it as a very good supplement for Pre menopausal symptoms. My hot flushes became almost to zero within started to take it after 10 days but Unfortunately the hot flashes came back though in a much lesser way after one and half month again. It also helped me keeping my weight stable with moderate food intake and walking.

Been taking it for months, while consuming a healthy diet with regular exercise. Did nothing to help with menopause related weight gain.

More than any other supplement I've tried (there have been many!), Provitalize has made a marked, tangible improvement in my hip pains!!! It's as if the "glue" that held me together in my 30s has been restored. A miracle helper in my life! I did an experiment and discontinued it for a couple months, and pain flared right back up. It's a little pricey, but I must have it... so worth it for me.
