In general, gets the job done
In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Good quality, no/minimal heat..
Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.

No uk plug
Received this unit as a Christmas present from my wife, opened on Christmas Day to find it came with a us plug and no uk adapter. Finally got a uk adapter (which I shouldn’t have had to buy) and have finally got to use the massager. Very powerful but no setting to receive a more gentle massage, heat is poor.
