Works well
Pleased with the purchase, works well for the intended purpose. As others have stated, it would be better if it retained your settings, e.g. MPH when powering back up.

Bought it for my crazy pc build
This has been great, more of a toy than being used in any PROFESSIONAL capacity and this works well enough. Found out that an industrial 140mm Noctua fan puts out 2x as much air as a 120mm fan, which was weird since wouldn't think that 20mm would make that much difference. Chalk it up to my ignorance on barometric. It was also great to see where I could use more air inside my case, which again, doesn't need blinding accuracy. Made even better by the compact size which means I could stick this between my giant tower cooler on my CPU and my back panel. Really the only complaint is that when you are using it in tight spaces like that, means you kind of have to blindly remember where the "hold" feature is so you can pull out the reader to check for the speeds. Which is necessary since I want to make sure enough air is going through the fins that my setup is working. I think the tiny 120mm fans spit out a speed of like 15MPH winds (they're industrial grade, not made for this purpose) So put the fan on the other side of the CPU tower with the passthrough fan and get a reading of about 15MPH, meaning zero speed loss. Thanks to it, getting silly low temperatures that most water cooling loops can't compete with. I'm hitting mid-50s on a 64 core CHIP, at 300W. As someone who wants to build their own PC for gaming, I recommend this tool, very useful.

Fan is unbalanced
It gives rough speeds but the fan is so unbalanced I wouldn't trust the reading with anything important.

For the money it’s fantastic!
I don’t use it daily so I didn’t need an expensive one but so far this thing has been right on the money and easy to use!
