Embrace the Yam! It's Skinny is a great brand, be creative! When you "get it", you'll love it.
Embrace the YAM! Carved into pasta and rice shapes. It's not floury pasta skinny pasta is light springy doesn't leave you feeling heavy. EASY to use . SOUPS: just drain rinse add directly to soup. To use pasta or rice/orzo in non soup dishes: drain, rinse, and -important-dry pan sautee a couple min to dry texture so it won't water down sauce. Then add sauce or add-ins. Be creative! dumping this on a plate won't cut it! Fried rice? sautee your add ins onions ginger, scramble eggs, frozen peas carrots ,mushrooms, cooked chk or beef, shrimp , add dried skinny orzo, chick bouillion powder, soy sauce toasted sesame oil, scallions. Voila! you saved 1000 calories. Your welcome. I come from a rice culture so I'm serious about rice. Tip: pan dry orzo and always add a little chicken bouillion powder (Powder not liquid) for taste and color or add some annato for color. Use your spices!!: Spanish rice: paprika cumin, diced gr/red peppers, be creative. *** Tip: to just cut some carbs and add fiber: add your drained rinsed orzo to your regular cooking rice. it blends beautifully. I like the spaghetti pan dried with peanut sauce , rice vinegar, soy and hot chile garlic, sesame oil. and some chicken and scallions. For pasta I like the fettucine well dried and thickened down pasta sauce - to avoid any runniness. Again: Always add chicken bouillon powder to dried noodles or orzo/rice for taste and color, the plain white color of shirataki is not appetizing to me. Anyway I love it with managed expectations : )) It's Skinny is my favorite! The orzo is my favorite- always in the house. its skinny is not fishy like some, good texture, 9.52 ounce bags 7 oz net better size . And have always found it to be good quality although I have tried many brands on Amazon. .

Like eating rubber-bands
This stuff has bad instructions and even worse taste and texture. Was hoping to find a nice healthy low cal pasta but this is not it. It’s pretty expensive also at $23 for 6 small packs. The packages are filled with water and the pasta looks and feels soft in the package. But soon as you open it and drain it, it’s literally a rubber-band ball that does not separate. The instructions say add sauce and warm on stove or microwave for 2–3 mins. It doesn't say how much sauce you need , let me tell you its basically an entire jar of sauce as this stuff has to saturated or its not separating they fail to mention this or even how much sauce to use. 2-3 ins is also not even close to get this cooked or separated this rubber-band ball would not untangle even after 5mins. when I finally had enough and decided to try it , no joke its like eating rubber-bands. Avoid at all costs, 99cent ramen noodles are better than this.

What happened to quality control?! **UPDATE**
I’ve ordered this product before and LOVED it! My current order (spaghetti) seems *off*. 4 out of the 6 packs, the noodles have the texture and look of dried ramen noodles. Cooking the DOES NOT help with the dry texture (decided to throw them out didn’t want to take a chance) The other 2 packs are normal (like what I’ve received before). Super disappointed! These are NOT cheap. Just money down the drain. Guess it’s time to try another Brand next time. EDIT: *UPDATE* The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have updated my review to 5 stars ⭐️ (for a couple reasons). 1) The company stands by their product! 2) The company cares about its customers (pretty rare these days)! 3) Their products really are fantastic. I’m so glad whatever quality control issues they had have been resolved, because I love their noodles. I will definitely be reordering “Its Skinny Pasta”!!

yum! doesnt absorb sauces well, rather expensive too. though the portion size per bag is pretty sizeable.

Best I’ve Tried Yet!
I’ve tried a few different kinds of low-cal noodles when dieting. Some have had a gross fishy smell, some have tasted bitter, and some have had too stiff and chewy a texture. Before these skinny noodles, the Healthy Noodle packs from Costco were the best I’d found, but I found those to be barely good enough (and Costco doesn’t always carry them). These don’t smell fishy out of the package, they don’t taste like much of anything on their own (not bitter), and though they are tougher and chewier than regular pasta, it’s not too much so. I’ve only had them one way: cooked in a pan with vegetable broth and soy sauce. And that’s been genuinely delicious—not just palatable. Another reviewer mentioned that that’s probably the only good way to prepare them, and I can believe that. That’s probably the only way I’ll eat them. They’re a little more expensive than I’d like, of course, but it’s worth it for when I want to drop some weight from time to time without starving myself of a base for vegetable dishes. Portion size is great, too. The bags seem a little small, but once you get the noodles out, and rinse and cook them, it’s a nice hefty serving. UPDATE: I’ve been eating these regularly now for several weeks, and I still love them. The main reason I wanted to update the review is because they’re more versatile than I suggested in my original review. They are very good every way I’ve prepared them. I’ve had them with regular pasta sauce after microwaving the noodles, I’ve stir-fried them with vegetables and various sauces, I’ve added them to soups—just heating them up in the soup, and it’s all good. Texture is pretty much the same however you cook them.

HONEST REVIEW FROM LONG TIME CUSTOMER The product is amazing when it is how it’s supposed to be… THE ONLY issue I’m having with this company is half of the packages that come, the noodles are defective(dried out in the package and unusable. From 4 boxes of 6 packs I’ve ordered, 12 of the packages out of 24 are unusable because they are dried out. Now I cannot return or ask for a replacement or refund. I have been ordering these for over a year, and I love them as a product. But this time it’s too much. For the money I pay, to only be able to use half of them is a problem for me, and is just not fair. Usually, from 24 packs, one or two of them are dried out… and I usually let it go. But HALF of them being unusable is unacceptable. I hope this company reaches out to me and resolves this issue. When they do I will keep you updated!

I wasn’t sure what to except but these are really good. They are exactly as pictured and have a good amount of time before they expiry. They are easy to prepare and taste really good. No after taste or anything like that. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing more

These are great for a low cal option, theyre quick to heat up and they dont taste bad if you rinse the fluids theyre packed in. One suggestion is not to eat too much at once, you see I decided that since its so low cal compared to actual pasta that I could be a bit of a glutton and treat myself to 2 packs at once...Mistake, my guts were messed up for a few days and it was some intense pains so be careful with how much you eat, otherwise theyre great
