Excellent Resource
This book is an excellent resource for TEFL teachers to teach Medical English in a medical setting. Chapters are short and to the point. Teacher can select topics most related to the population being taught. Very good appendix.

A good book!
Cambridge as usually making friendly book. They have great experience and books edition is amazing. Thank you for this resouce. I bought this book for pharmacy students but it's not practical for them, it's more exclusive for medicine students.

Very useful tool for overseas doctors
I am an English teacher and I bought this book for a student of mine (an ophthalmologist) who is interested in working in England. In the book there where quite a few units which contained very useful vocabulary and information about the English National Health Service. Can be used as extra material.

Il s'agit d'un support pédagogique de grande qualité destiné à un public médical allant de l'aide-soignante au médecin en passant par la secrétaire médicale et autre personnel intervenant au sein d'un établissement hospitalier. Cet outil vous permettra d'acquérir un vocabulaire médical de base, voire approfondi pour certains chapitres tels que les maladies infantiles ou le système sanguin, etc... C'est un manuel d'utilisation simple, efficace et rapide (extrêment bien ciblé) permettant de mettre en application de façon immédiate le vocabulaire et offrant l'opportunité d'étendre sa syntaxe au moyen d'un essai à rédiger à chaque fin de session. Des corrections vous sont également proposées.
