Just received mine today and loved it right of the box. The clamp holds phone tightly and can be used with my rigid 360 case. Grip is secure and comfortable in the hand feeling almost like a dslr grip and helps reduce camera shake. Bluetooth connection was straightforward and remote works flawlessly even when tested at 20ft from phone. Great value for money.

Bought this to use on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Set up was very quick and pairing worked first time. The handle has a good grip on the phone which is in a slim silicon case, so no problems with that. Once connected all you need to do is press the button for it to take photos or start/stop a video recording which you set up in the normal way on your phone - in that regard this just replaces the virtual button on the screen. The grip is comfortable and provides much more stability when taking a shot, more so if you use both hands to stabilise the camera, so (for me) no more fumbling to to take take the photo or start/stop the video. The button element of the unit can also be removed to operate the camera remotely and while I’ve only tested it (works fine) I’ve not used it although I can see where this could prove very useful. The unit also comes with the ability to be used with a tripod (or similar) if you use such a thing. Again, this provides more flexibility. The build feels solid, so can be thrown into a backpack or similar when you’re out and about. Oh, and it DOES COME WITH A BATTERY! The only (minor) quibble is that as with most small electronics these days, the manual instructions are tiny and for me unreadable, so I’ve attached a screenshot of the online version which though slightly blurry is legible. So in summary it’s very easy to set up, it’ll help me take better photos and videos because the camera will be easier to handle and more stable with the remote, and ability to attach stands to the unit will give me more options too.

Good size for the average hand. Phone is secure in the holder and there's a wrist cord as well for added security. Easy to connect to the phone via Bluetooth allowing you to take images and video with a click of the button the holder. There is a zoom option as well, this works but isn't smooth, it jerks its way in and out. Mainly, it's much better using the holder than trying to hold the phone where I often find I've touched the screen by accident.

The Hand Grip Holder is a superbly well designed and manufactured product, Substantially made, but light in weight, it fits onto the iPhone easily and securely. The right hand side of the grip has an ergonomically designed handle that is very similar to that used on high end single lens reflex cameras. At the top of the unit is the shutter release button which is part of the removable remote control. The supplied CR2025 battery fits into the controller , which is then paired by Bluetooth with the iPhone. The controller may be used attached to the holder or used remotely to trigger the camera shutter at a distance of up to 10m. Also included is a cold shoe which may be used to attach an extra light or microphone, and a threaded location to attach a tripod. All in all, a remarkable accessory that will be invaluable to all who wish to take advantage of the imaging capabilities the Apple have built into the latest iPhones,

Decent item. Pairs easily and holds phone well. Transforms how you holding the phone to take pictures. A welcome addition to the smartphone. Knocked off a star because, as others have reported, the battery was missing. It's a cr2025 battery - which isn't as common as the cr2032. This means, if you don't have a spare, you could be waiting a while to try it out or use it. I hope the supplier reads this comment.
