Craftsman 3/8" Drive 4 Piece Spark Plug Socket Set, 9-34504

Just received this set and the quality seems to be solid. Having read some of the reviews, I was prepared for the loose fitting plastic insert that grips the spark plug. They do, at least mine did, not fully seated in the socket. So, with this in mind, I pushed them out, applied a small amount of super glue, inserted and fully seated them. Simple fix and have worked flawlessly. I'm pretty sure the super glue was overkill, as if you just fully seat them they should hold.

Arrived super fast. I was surprised at how well packaged it was. Came in a plastic bag that was wrapped in layers of paper and in a nice sturdy box. Seems to be good quality. I used it immediately after opening to remove the spark plug of my weed eater. It held the spark plug after loosening it, allowing me to remove it without any problem. I am not a mechanic but for my needs, the product is perfect. So if you're the person that needs this for the lawn mower, pressure washer or weed eater etc, just buy it.

Really nice set! Good price! Mine DID have the laser etching, which I saw some prior reviews indicating theirs didn't. Very happy with the purchase! But yes, these are made in China....

These are awesome spark plug sockets, high quality from Craftsman as usual. They shipped packaged well and secure. Rubber inserts hold spark plugs well. I took off one star because the ones I received are not USA made and do not have the size marked on them like what is shown in the pictures. I also wish they included a 14mm like most sets do. I will have to purchase this separate. But they are nice quality, Craftsman brand, and work well.

Nice sockets, hefty, well made and the chrome looks pretty good. Definate must for the DIY car guy. You get this set and you're covered for just about all the American plugs.

It’s the new craftsman. Meaning no longer made in the USA. Interesting no where on the actual socket does it say China but on the package itself it stated made in China. However, they still stand up and function with repeated use. These are a set of spark plug sockets with the rubber geometric inside. By the third plug rubber geometry came off trying to install new plug. No big deal except I didn’t notice until I got to next cylinder and couldn’t extract. I put some sealer around and reinstalled geometric now seems to work fine.

Got my set last week. Not bad, etching is not consistent in height but when in use I don’t think it made much difference. Good solid set all in all. I like them.
