I love this stuff; it is so good. I had to quit using it due to a medical condition and the iodine content. It made the best shakes. If I did not have the medical condition that limits all iodine, I would still be using this! I really miss it in my mooring shakes but that's life!

I put a scoop full of the Super Greens in my smoothies add fruit and sugar free juice and its not only delicious but healthy too! I don't recommend using Almond milk or any dairy as it tastes a little funky but with the juice there is no taste at all. I'm not sure if it actually works or not but I definitely needed to be adding more veggies to my diet so its a start.
