To say I was skeptical is an understatement. Refurbished? Super cheap? No way this is any good, right? So far everything has been above my expectations. Never had a Mac before. Always been a PC guy. But I grew sick and tired with Windows and its persistent problems. Since I’d grown addicted to my iPhone I decided to give Apple a shot. But I’m cheap and didn’t want to spend too much. I’m also not in need of anything too powerful. I’m not a gamer. Just need the basics for a desktop. It’s called refurbished but it looks brand new. Seriously. I couldn’t find a scratch on it. Most importantly, it works perfectly. More than enough for my needs. If you’re picky or have intense needs, I guess you could be bothered by its speed to load. But for 90% of us - average people with average computing needs - this is much more than enough. Glad I wasn’t turned away by the low price. Highly recommended.

Great condition Speed is very slow. Better after update but still slow. Ease of setup was a bit challenging. We were stuck on terms and conditions because there was no agreement button. We selected set up later and that helped bypass that. We eventually were able to agree after updating software. Appearance was great. A few small scratches. The keyboard and mouse looks and feel really cheap and I have no confidence in its durability so I’m searching for the Apple Originals.

First, I never leave reviews, so for me to take the time to do this one it’s definitely because this company is horrible! If I could give zero stars I would! We bought a “refurbished Apple iMac” and within 6 months the screen just feel off. Whoever did this work obviously used cheap materials & definitely did not take the time to do it right. If it was correctly done, something as simple as a screen falling off would never happen. When the screen feel off it left 2 golf ball sized cracks in the screen & has left all the inside computer exposed. The company said it’s past the 90 days since purchasing the product, so they will do nothing about it! Do not buy from this company!!

Mac's have been out of my budget for some time, but I got inspired to hunt down a refurbished for a good price and had the blessing of catching a great sale on this computer. I only paid $280 plus tax and the system looks like it is brand new from the factory. The company did an amazing job restoring this Mac for sale. It has very decent specs for the money, a 1TB hard drive which was a bonus, and came with a NIC 5 internal ethernet card that allowed me to connect to the 5.0G channel of my modem. I was sure I was going to have to buy an external USB NIC to get this system on my intranet but it is already connected and enjoying the best speeds my connectivity provides. It arrived 5 days earlier than expected, and came with the best packing job for safe mail transit that I have ever seen. I thought I would never get thru taking out safety foam and bubble wrap before I finally unearthed the system. I have no complaints whatsoever about this purchase or transaction. I love my new (to me) Mac and I will definitely look at this sellers store first if I ever need any Macintosh hardware. 5 big stars :)

Love this computer, it came neatly packaged. The only bad remark I can say is the power cord was nowhere in sight. So spent a couple days trying to track one down. Once that issue was fixed. Computer works like a charm, could be faster, no other complaints.

I was really worried it would be a slow computer like a lot of reviews stated and I knew I wouldn’t be able to upgrade the ram as there is no port to do so. But it’s perfect! I only need it to do some internet based work like Google docs, Email and the occasional video and web surfing. I’m amazed at how this looks so brand new and great quality. Amazing graphics, took half a day to upgrade to the current operating system (Ventura) and it’s not slow. I’m not running any major programs so this works for me. I’m coming from a 2013 13inch MacBook Air so this is an upgrade. Speedy delivery too. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased it a month ago. It arrived as announced. Set up was not difficult. Works as new. I am satisfied so far. It came with some scratches on the back.
