Buyers, be careful.Regarding product it's excellent, however open your received packet immediately to identify all the components availability.This is second order which I received as it's mentioned, however in my first order I just received the Tap and rest it's missing. Unfortunately I was on travel and came after a month and opened the package. It's late and I missed the timeline to return.So be careful!!!

Depending on pipeline, may need some adjustments in installation, like length adjustment of shower bend, and need some skill to adjust the s-bend with mixer,Tap movement is smooth, need to check the performance over period, this feedback is just after installing mixer

Vell gets its job done.. I am satisfied... Its been 3 weeks since i have installed it.. i booked a plumber to from urban clap. Who said it was simple to install. Only issue i think is, it is loosing its shine I think.. or may be it is due to the hardness of water. I am not sure. If i face any other problem, i will update this review

One piece is fine but the other is a secondhand, defective piece. The shower connector is missing. Scratch mark all over. Total 3rd class item. I lost trust in this company. Please do not trust this company's products. I suffered a loss of time & effort. Should purchase from the local shops instead. I saw another user review with a similar experience. Yet I went ahead and ordered, but that was a fatal mistake.

Very good wall mixer, it came with all the fittings and very easy to install I bought two of these they are working fine since last one month very happy with the purchase. It's very easy to use just a quarter Turn in the water comes fine, mixer also works fine very nice just go for it.
