Perfect!!
Truly beautiful and well made. Comes completely apart, so great for cleaning. I bought two for myself and a couple for Christmas gifts and everyone loved them! Stainless with a beautiful hand-blown glass insert. Keeps beverages really hot for a long time. Perfect!

Handy little thermal carafe
It works as advertised, but it doesn't hold a full pot of coffee, only about three to four mugs full. If you use those tiny little coffee cups, of course that capacity goes farther. But if I make a full pot of coffee on our 12-cup coffeemaker, then take one mug for myself, there's still one mug's worth left in the pot after I fill the thermos. As for maintaining heat, it is good, but no better than a handy little keep-hot pot I purchased several years ago at Crate & Barrel. Which is to say, over the next several hours, the coffee remains hot enough, if not blistering hot. After that, if hot is what you want, there's always the microwave.

I LOVEEEEEEE this pot.
I've used this pot for years until I drop it and it shatters. This is the new and improved one and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I would buy more but I only need one. :)

Very pleased.
After looking ay dozens of coffee carafes I choose this one because alot of coffee houses use Zojirushi. Keeps leftover coffee hot for hours. Very pleased.

Great, preserves taste and temp
Great product! Use it everyday now to prevent burning the coffee in the pot on the heated plate.

Disappointed
Disappointed - outer container oversized for inner insulated container which chipped the first time that I washed it. Just not so handy for a Sunday morning coffee in bed carafe as I had hoped for and not the quality that I expected. I have had zorjirushi portable coffee thermos for years and love it and have bought them as gifts. This, however is not their best product I am sorry to say.
