Amazing foam roller! The waved pattern allows you to foam roll muscle in a way you never could with the straight foam roller. Perfect for legs and back (and it won't hurt your spine as you roll!), I even do my arms. The size is perfect too! I initially bought it because it was cheaper than the other foam rollers but now it's my favorite one, LOVE IT! UPDATED REVIEW : I recently decided to buy a couple of them as gifts since everyone who tries it, loves it BUT I realized the price was ridiculously high!!! (I bough this roller in 2017 for about 16$ CAD including shipping). It's foam in a specific shape, definitely not worth more than 40$.

Ready to roll out the kinks and buggered up mussels! Just get this bad boy and feel the relief! Feeling you will never need to see a chiropractor again! WORKS like magic, feels great, lots of exercises from the company to download as well! Highly recommend to you!

This roller is the bomb! These stuck together globes side by side will give you an excellent back massage, pressure point release and roll out of your own back and whole back-side. The way these globes form the roller is completely ergonomic to the muscles along side the spine where one can never get into with regular rollers because they also press on the spine itself. It's also great everywhere else, legs arms, latissimus, everywhere. High density foam that is hard yet a tiny bit of give. It also comes with an instruction pamphlet to help you get the most out of its all-over uses. Rolga is the best roller I've used for all of the above reasons, complete and all you need is one roller so that makes it environmentally friendly too!

The hurt feels so good. The grooves really help get into small spots. I highly recommend this to keep your body flowin' expensive but worth it. Lasts a lifetime....if you don't get crazy with it....I saw on some reviews they talk about material. This material isn't going anywhere....its nice and hard. It comes with a strap....I dont forsee myself carrying this around outside my home but go for it.

These Rollga's are way faster than using a variety of different sized balls to roll on to break up trigger points / relieve myofascial pain. Also, consider the Rollga Pro - it's harder with greater angles. If you have myofascial pain - like I did - you may want to try a variety of different sized balls, too, like LaCrosse balls, tennis balls, etc. and dwell on the trigger points for some time (I went to one myofascial specialist who said 3 minutes to break up adhesions - not just the standard 30 sec- 90 sec). With Rollga's you can dwell on trigger points and you can also roll. It definately helps and saves time. These have great training videos online, too. I use the soft for my tight IT band and then switch to Rollga pro for more rolling on legs / glutes, etc. edit: I now skip balls and use my Rollgas plus other soft and extra soft rollers while I stretch. I’ve found using a variety of rollers gives me better results. I get my legs and body rolled in less than 10 minutes. Not a day goes by where I don’t use a Rollga.
