The marine coral promoters say that above-sea coral has the minerals washed out, yet we post a certificate of analysis showing precisely how much of each of the 73 minerals is contained in our coral.  In fact the most important mineral, calcium, is found at about 37%.  Most marine products contain 20% or 24% which one would expect due to the sand content.

I called Garden of Life about the calcium amount when I first started taking this product about 5 years ago, not about the vitamin D.  I was told because it is raw calcium it equates to what your body actually absorbs if you were taking another brand that says 1200mg.  The Vitamin K that is in this product also helps your body absorb the complete calcium nutrient.  The vitamin D in my eyes is just another bonus for this product which helps with your bones.  If what I am saying does not make sense, please contact them and maybe they can better explain.  I will also say I just had my bone density test and I had increased instead of decrease bone density mass, which is a good thing for someone in their 60's.  Good luck!

Serving size on picture says 4 instead of 5 and serving per container in picture says 15 and not 30 which one is it?

It shows 120 capsules total.  They suggest 4 capsules per day which would be 30 days worth per bottle.  Not sure what is being asked?  4 is the serving size. I happen to take 2 per day as i take other Probiotics  but like this as well.

I would like to know where the "marine algae" is harvested from.  Some other calcium supplements- coral calcium are harvested from Okinawa, Japan.
