An absolutely wonderful read, I got this on my Kindle and have learned more about psychology and mindsets than in many other resources. It's engaging and well written, easy to understand complex theories. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to understand others better to improve your relationships and well-being.

This book will give you some good queues regards reading people and and even understand Di g yourself a little.more. The reason for four stars and not 5 co.as down to the title, it suggests that reading.this.book.will allow you.to understand and read people better. But what this book.a really does.is.spell.out how very difficult this.is, even for experts and even they get it wrong. Nevertheless, still well worth a read.

Great read, very interesting, and extremely insightful. Although it’s a paperback, the book has a strong front and back cover. It’s a weird point I know! But the reason why for me this is important is because I’ve revue d books in the post in the past, and by the time they’re arrived they’re been in terrible condition, but not this one! I would recommend as it’s good value, does the job, can’t go wrong.

The book takes a wide approach and lists loads of theories. Theories are misrepresented and simplified such as Enneagram. The last chapter lists questions useful with reading people should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Haven’t started reading it yet, but wow! The quality is amazing! I had to say. The book makes the other books in my collection look cheap. It’s well made, amazing quality for the price. Can’t wait to read it.

For the past couple of months I’ve been building a steady collection of psychology books, out of keen interest, stumbling upon this book from a recommendation from a friend and I must say it’s not a bad read. The book itself provides some interesting insights on human psychology and offers a wide range of background basics that if you’re a beginner it works really nicely. I do believe its intended audience is for those that are beginners into this type of reading, though I could be wrong. It could’ve been longer as I finished it within a week or two. But Overall, a great read and would recommend this to other friends or people interested in psychology reading.
