Very very healthy and even very tasty for a beet juice. Goes down easy.
I love how this is simply and healthy made. No junk added. My only compliant is the price. Not all beet juices taste so great but they did something amazing here. I wanted to give it 5 stars but too pricey. In a different time line this is HEALTHLY mass produced and everyone drinks a glass a day. Making everyone happier and healthier haha. It does say fermented. So was wondering if this is beet kvass? If so they should list it as so then it is the cheapest beet kvass and an amazing price. Mass produce and market this right you got a fountain of youth health drink gold mine.

Perfect
I love the earthy taste. You don't need much. 4-6 ounces per day. A few others have mentioned the lack of digestibility for some. This is true if you have blockages or have a hard time absorbing nutrients. But it's true of a lot of foods. Taken in small quantities and building up tolerance is the key if you want to deal the long term benefits.

Fantastic and super fresh. Just too expensive for me to buy regularly so I’m taking the “Human Sugar Free Beet Gummies” instead.

Brings blood pressure down
I take this at night to rejuvenate my arteries. It also promotes restful sleep. I was surprised one day when my blood pressure was high due to a prescription I had taken, and the beet juice brought my pressure down within about 30 minutes.
