Why in your product description it says it contains r-ala but the bottle shows it as ala? seems deceptive.

Thanks for your question. ALA is the ingredient designated by the FDA for label purposes, the certificate of analysis for the product demonstrates RALA as the ingredient. Some brands choose to call out RALA on their label, our customers find it confusing since Tim Ferriss has suggested to look for ALA.

Where is the photo of the ingredients?

The main pill is a standard size, elongated reddish brown bill and the night pill is a small white disk. They are not coated. I have no problems swallowing these.

Are the pills large and hard to swallow?

Thank you for the question. The Day Time pill is a total of about 800mg. There are a number of over the counter tablets, including most multi vitamins that are over 1000mg. If you're comfortable with a multi vitamin, you will have no problem with the Day Time tablet which is the larger of the two. We do recommend water while taking any tablet.

Why do you include green tea flavanols for your day formulation but not for the night one? the book mentions it being taken for both.

For some people green tea amps them up and so many prefer to not take the green tea part at night.
