Product was as described and in excellent condition.

I put a few of these in my shed which does not have the neutral wire. You do need a zigbee base for it to work. Works great and hooks to my smart life no issues.

Espite being marketed as 'N+L', the neutral (N) terminal appears to have no effect. The switch is identified as Zigbee Model TS0013 by Manufacturer _TZ3000_qewo8dlz and is described as a 'Smart light switch - 3 gang without neutral wire', and some light blinks a bit (like the ones without Neutral) meaning it also lacks the router (repeater) functionality I expected. Quite disappointing."

Do not by this if you're planning on using this for energy monitoring or automation in any sort because everything is an extra charge on top of these fragile devices it is impossible to get the cover off once it is installed I have broken two of these already trying to pop off the cover it's ridiculous these glass screen ones are definitely not worth the money if you're breaking two out of every 10 if you're planning on going back to add these to your list of devices and you were going to do it all after they were installed well that's a bad idea because you're going to have to take them out all over again just to scan the stupid QR code on the back of the device very bad design not user friendly and on top of everything I had to buy a whole home monitoring system for my power usage because I'll be damned if I'm going to spend more money on this company they charge enough for these switches and now you got to spend more money for the features

Compré dos interruptores de esta marca (tipo Zigbe), uno de dos gang y uno de un gang; mi propósito era usarlos usar con el Echo 4ta generación que funciona como Hub Zigbe. Con el interruptor de un gang no hubo problema y funciona muy bien, sin embargo el de dos gang no se puede independizar en los comandos para Alexa, ya que la aplicación lo reconoce como uno solo. En la interacción física con el interruptor si puedes prender/apagar cada luz de forma normal.

This is an excellent product however multiple delays on the delivery date make me cancel the orders. Hoping to order soon again and get them in the right date.

Hooked it into my home assistant so quick and no issues. Doesn't take up much space in the box. Wish there were as some ring you could feel around the buttons though, you need to look where your pressing, but this will be operated remotely mostly, controlling pool lights and scenes.

I'm using these to control ceiling lights in the family room. Setup was fast. Powered them up and the app recognized them in 5 sec or less. Renamed and done! Will use a remote wall panel to control them. Would have used relays, but could not find what I wanted - Amazon showed not available.

Lo integré con Hubitat Elevation, con controlador proporcionado por la misma comunidad, tengo ya 8 interruptores, 7 sin ningún problema de desconexión, sólo 1 (el más lejano,pero supongo que es problema de mi red Zigbee. Actualización Enero/2022. Una vez agregado un repetidor Zigbee todos funcionan a la perfección... Muy recomendable
