Great item, terrific for the crossword puzzles like doing. Dries very fast.

I had a Pentel EnerGel pen with 0.7 mm line. While I like bolder lines, I decided for everyday use a finer line would be better so I purchased these 0.5mm refills. Plus I'm assuming the ink reservoir should last longer as you're not using as much ink for finer lines. Took off the ball seal, put it into the pen and it works great, writes smoothly and the pen is still comfortable.

This is a review of the Pentel EnerGel 0.5mm Fine Point Blue Ink Refills I received these ink refills today and put one in my new Pentel Libretto (K600PG-A) pen, replacing the 0.7mm medium point black ink cartridge that came with the pen. Both the medium point and this fine point refill write very smoothly, but the medium tip puts more ink on the paper than I’m comfortable with. And, I prefer the blue ink, over the black that came with the pen. This Pentel LRN5 fine tip (aka “needle tip”) refill writes beautifully. It’s roll and ink flow are smooth and uniform; no skips or blobs, and the blue stands out nicely on writing paper and journal pages. Unless something happens to change my opinion, (and my review), I’m giving these refills five stars.

Genuine Pentel OEM refills. Sure beats buying a whole new pen!

When my pen died I actually became really sad. Then I found they made refills and I was happy again. I write really small and in cursive and these glide along the page spike a dream. Absolutely no smearing or smudging and despite my very small writing, the letters are well defined. This is hands down my favorite pen and ink.

Very good price for these, I don't but my pop's loves them... he said these worked perfect and he was able to refill his pen.

Have used these pen for a very long time. It dries fast and flows evenly. The fine point is best.
