This companies quality is consistent through the years.. I have pans that are older than my partner. The quality has always been good. This grill makes my collection better.. great for steaks and burgers.. also. If you wanted to roast a joint.. heat the grill up and seal the joint then put it in the oven.. make sure you check the price against the le creuset outlet.. big difference usually

I needed a large stove top grill pan that had a flat bottom, there are so many out there that don't fit flush with a solid hotplate. This one fits the bill and a good price for a Le Creuset item Easy enough to use - it's a grill pan, and the non stick enamel cooking surface is very easy to clean, I just used a scrubby and warm water

It’s very well made, heavy and slightly smaller than I expected. Must use a low smoking oil on the food first (like sunflower oil). The grill pan must be at the right temperature otherwise steaks, chicken breast etc stick to it. For the expense I have used better grill pans at half the price.

Honestly waste of money, especially with electric hob. It is almost impossible to adjust the right temperature. Hard to clean.

I first used this iron grill on our barbecue, but it left it discoloured. Tired of the wind and smoke I brought it indoors and now use it on our gas hob where it performs sterling service. After allowing it to heat up to an insane temperature it cooks steak perfectly and imparts the brown lines that for some reason make it taste better.

This griddle is so good that I have bought a second one so that I can use it for when we have friends or family over to ear. It cooks vegetables and meat and poultry perfectly every time giving a wonderful smoky edge. Everything cooks quickly so moisture is retained. Very little oil us needed….just a slight covering on the food not on the griddle. One tip…….buy the Le Creuset cleaning brush% I didn’t know this existed until Amazon made me aware ( my kitchen shop knew nothing about it!) It cleans beautifully without damaging the surface and I’d worth every penny.

I have pans the same colour and quality is excellent and bought at a good price. Really good for grilling and easy to clean , very pleased

Il pacco mi è stato consegnato in tempi rapidissimi. Ottima grill, cuoce splendidamente ortaggi e carni anche molto spesse. Oltre tutto è molto elegante, ho preso quella gialla e resta gialla, senza rovinarsi anche nella cucina a gas.

Aunque parece pequeña de tamaño, en realidad es el tamaño perfecto para el fuego grande de mi vitrocerámica. Hoy la he usado por primera vez con el chuletón de ternera pajuna (de unos 500-600 gramos y la carne ha quedado espectacular. Estoy francamente contento. La recomiendo. El precio es elevado pero con descuento merece mucho la pena.

Gekauft für Burger oder Steak. Aber auch Gemüse lässt sich schön "grillen". Als einzigen "Nachteil" sehe ich, dass das Fett schon leichter über den Rand spritzt, als bei normalen Pfannen mit hohem Rand. Aber da die Pfanne - zumindest bei mir - nur links hinten benutzt werden kann, lege ich dahinter und links neben dem Herd Zewa aus. Man muss sich nur zu helfen wissen.
