My little one just loves it.. connected it to her phone and now she has a challenge to do more sports and steps.. She is a swimmer, so this water proof feature helps her see how much calories she did. She really loves it and charge it as soon as its empty. Which takes a long time to get empty and short time to charge. Thank you FITBIT :) Happy Kids, Happy Parent. I do recommend this product. SSM

Fits perfectly on his wrist, I can track his activities, steps and sleep. And the app is so intuitive. The best part is that it’s waterproof and the battery lasts for almost 8 days without the need to recharge it.

Very finicky fit. My kid lost this center watch piece and I’m left with just the strap. No way to track where it was lost when the area is unknown. Poor interface, the swipe etc feels bad. pairing is useless to parent and child. As parent can only install and monitor this and parents phone notification are not to be sent to child. It could be useful to pair to a kids iPad under kids account. This doesn’t work. Does an iPad app exist ?

Item seems fine but I wish the packaging was better. It seems very worn out. Wanted to gift somebody but the packaging is quite a put off!

This product has my son energized to track his exercise. In the world of iPhones and Apple watches, I can see it having a shelf-life, as he grows older, and expects more. But for now - great product!

We used to love this watch however with the merging of Fitbit to Google we have been unable to connect and use the watch for our child. There are problems between the Child's google account and Fitbit, regardless of months of technical support and a following thorough about 30 technical steps to fix this with Fitbit direct. We had no luck. Finally Amazon is kindly refunded us the money after purchasing it in December last year for a Christmas present for our child. We have decided to get a watch that doesn't connect to a phone at all! For ease of use and also child privacy - as all data is collect and stored permanently like everything is these days.

In eerste instantie flink lopen klooien om deze te koppelen aan een account voor mijn dochter, echter toch gelukt. Nu staat de tijd ineens niet meer goed, loopt 3 uur achter. Maar opnieuw verbinden of terug naar fabrieksinstellingen is mij nog niet gelukt. Echt een miskoop!

Since bought by google there is no customer support and Fitbit range seems to be being faded out. Very difficult to set up as now needs to be done with a google child account that isn’t well synchronised with Fitbit accounts. I’d recommend another brand until google decide if they are going to keep Fitbit going

My child absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. it’s such a good way for my child to track their everyday activities and we can have a competition to see who does more steps they always win. Battery life lasts a good few days maybe more over a week. Took a couple of days to for them to figure out how it all works. But once they got used to its functionality they were good to go. Would definitely recommend.
