My wife heard about the Curbie from a friend who takes her Curbie everywhere with her. She kept raving to my wife about its benefits for overall posture and help with aching backs. My wife insisted that I get one for her. Now she uses it all the time to help with her back when sitting in chairs that do not provide back support. The Curbie simply cannot be beat. It works! I have tried the Curbie myself, and I agree that it does help with back alignment and posture. However, my wife's Curbie is the regular adult size. It is a little too small for me. I need the large size, which Curbie offers online. We will buy another Curbie, and I fully recommend this product to anyone who has back issues. It is easy to use. It is a great value for the money. It is a quality product with solid functionality. You just place it into a chair and sit down on the Curbie to use.

The support is excellent, especially the combination of the lumbar support and the seat cushion. Even after sitting for a whole day, my lower back doesn't feel strained. When you sit down, you feel well-supported and don't slouch.

It is slightly uncomfortable. by design but improved my posture and reduced lumbar pain. After a day or two you don’t notice the discomfort any longer. It is well made and will last along time.

Best for your back

Very uncomfortable. Although curable supports the back, there is inadequate padding on the seat so it is too uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. I purchased it for back support because I sit at my desk for 12 hour shifts. Simply can’t use it

I want to like this product more, but I think the design is flawed! This kind of product is definitely needed for those who suffer with lower back issues, or for those who want to maintain good posture. The problem is the lack of cushioning and where the seated part of the curble ends (under your hamstrings). If used for long periods of time (I’m a Truck Driver), it starts to cut into the hamstrings, even causing tingling or losing feelings. They should make them to fit the width and length of various seats and maybe even curve the edge of the seat (as to form-fit right behind the knees) for better security and maximum comfort. This way the product doesn’t cut into the legs. Also, the item moves around in certain conditions. Doesn’t give a secure feeling while driving. If designed better, I would give a 5 Star, but I will return this item and ask that the company go back to the drawing board, redesign, re-manufacturer & re-market (or better yet… Design one specific for long sitting driving, like for trucks/truckers or personal vehicles). I’d buy again then! Great intentions, but need more thought need to be put behind comfort and security.

I tried this wider version at my mom's when I visited her. It helps to reduce my back pain, so I bought the Grand for myself. Wherever I go, I carry my own seat that's uncomfortable, so I bought this Wider on last prime day to keep it on car not to carry out from home office. Hmm. Maybe I am used with the Grand, actually my size should be fit for this Wider, but I feel uncomfortable . The sacrum is too closed on chair. I may return and repurchase the Wider. I am 5.3 and 119 lbs.

This is the best back rest / back support I have bought. I use it on almost every chair. I no longer have back pain due to sitting on bad seats or poor posture.

Bought it for my mother who has Lumbar Spondylosis, who on sitting over any surface for extended period, starts sensing a lower backache. Sitting on it upright over a sofa or a chair, provides her considerable relief. Moreover one's sitting posture is also corrected due to the lumbar brace that it provides at the correct position, no matter one's height. (Saw it on an Insta page of a graphic designer who was used to siting for long hours on her chair). p.s. do not mind the present condition of this seat as our cat has clawed at it.

Got lumbar degenerative issue last summer. Bought this for the office chair and relieved my back a lot.
