Awkward to store
This headset works perfectly, I have no issue with its performance. However, it doesn’t fold up very well & there is no easy way of keeping it in a briefcase. I fear it won’t last long. In short, for a home headset this is faultless, if you want one to carry around buy a different model

Keeps disconnecting from PC have to continually keep restarting machine to get it running.
Good while it worked, but keeps disconnecting and messing up my usb ports requiring a restart. Very embarrassing to have this happen at start of a teams call. I wanted a refund so I could buy another brand but Amazon said no.

Good but not most comfortable
Good for teams calls as it has a physical mute button that intgrates with ms teams. Only 4 star because it feels weird to have only one ear covered, feels particularly weird when you take these off and one of your ears feels different to the other (sweat/temperature?). So I would probably recommend going with the headphone style one.
