I received this product to a remote location in only two business days which was impressive. The product itself is heavy at maybe 10-15lb on its own. It seems to be of high quality. I bought it to use as a curl bar with the cable machine. I wasn’t sure it would be good for that size wise but it’s perfect. You can use it for curls with a closer grip or wide grip and both feel comfortable on the wrists. It also works well to push down for triceps. I’m sure it will be good for lat work but I haven’t used it for that yet. As of now I would highly recommend this product.
