Buy half a dozen!!! They are great.
Beyond wonderful. The best hot packs I have ever used. Heat is great in microwave and keep heat a long time. VERY soft on the skin and pliable. No plastic or rubbery feel! “Batwing” Shape helps it stay in place, even balanced on shoulder. Ice function works great too, although they freeze stiff stiff and take a while to melt enough to be pliable.

Works well and good adjusting options.
I have shoulder and upper arm pain and this definitely helped support and relieve it. The ice pack is a great plus but I have not used the heat option yet. However you do have to buy the ice/heat therapy pack separately and it can slip out of the pocket . It has multiple options for size adjustment and compression, the shoulder, arm and around the torso. If you are close to the measurements of the two different sizes I would suggest going towards the smaller size if you are female and do not have particularly large chest. I have a little too much material when I tighten it at the shoulder Velcro supports. I have worked and slept in the support and it is pretty comfortable. Great product.

Heats up quick
Great size for neck, upper arms, heated quickly. Used it the first night I received it.

Great versatile product!
Works very well, especially with the shoulder wrap. I know it suggest to lay flat when you freeze, but my wife and I both use them around ankles and on bottom of heal, so I freeze them wrapped around empty coke can and it forms and fits perfect! I had to order two more we use them so much! Great product!

Once out of the freezer it's too stiff to mold to my shoulder shape so you have to freeze it in the shape you want. Also as some others have said it slips out of position too easily. Pro...so far no leaks. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Temperature longevity and ease of use
Fits both my rotor cuff support halters. Stays cold - have had on for an hour and still working.Im impressed. Haven’t tried the hot yet. I’m confident it will hold the temperature it is made for a rotor cuff/ shoulder brace.

Husband uses it all the time.
I ordered this for my husband and he loves using it on his shoulders. It is good size for the area he needs it and has been refrozen many times.
