Yaheetech Dog Playpen, 6 Panel Puppy Play Pen Heavy Duty Pet Exercise Fence for Garden/Yard 60cm Height

Purchased in advance of bringing home my new pup, not really thinking I’d use it. What a life & sanity saver (for myself, not pup) it turned out to be! 🙏 The box arrived promptly. On moving it into the lounge I was grateful I had purchased the lightweight one - unboxed it had s’more weight too it than I expected. Unboxing, the individual panels are indeed lightweight yet very sturdy. They’re very easy to manage individually. It’s extremely easy to assemble/handle & you can add/remove panels when needed with ease, swiftly. When assembled the pen is very robust and of solid construction - it’s going nowhere. The panels can be assembled in various shapes to suit, it can be attached to a crate, this would provide extra room in the pen as the crate would act as an extra panel - I haven’t done this. Crate/playpen are kept separate. If attaching to the crate I’d confidently use cable ties with no concerns. I read other reviews before purchasing…. The attaching rods have clearly been updated, they’re not “hooked” as shown in a customer review, they’re now almost closed with a matter of insignificant mm gap - I position the v small gap outwards. If a pup can jump up to “hook” themselves on it the customer has purchased a pen with not enough height imo. Same goes for a pup catching a leg in between panels? A higher pen is obviously required. Personally, I use the pen for “timeout” for my pup for her to calm down or she’ll go in there when I’m having a bath etc. I'd NEVER leave my pup in there alone to go out for any amount of time, this is nothing to do with the pen, it’s EVERYTHING to do with my pup. If pups can get up to mischief they will. I purchased a very large good quality vet fleece to go under the pen, it’s perfect. It’s comfortable for her to lie on & all edges are outside of the pen so she can’t chew on any edges causing herself harm. If I can give any advice on purchasing I’d say go for the maximum height pen. Pups grow so quickly. I ended up purchasing the 120cm 8 panel as an upgrade, within a cpl of weeks she was jumping to try the Great Escape. I wasn’t prepared to risk her getting her paw caught jumping on a pen that I purchased that wasn’t high enough for her needs. I now use the 80cm one to section off part of the lounge I don’t want her to access so it worked out perfectly. Would I recommend these pens, 💯 I would. Also going by previous reviews, I cannot fault Customer Services, I emailed them with an issue I had. They replied promptly and efficiently and resolved my issue immediately. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and didn’t go by some negative reviews I read. Best decision I’ve made and best purchase I made. Fantastic item. Great quality and easy to setup. Delivery was quick and it will help manage the puppy better and give him a safe space for when we have do daily tasks. Its flexible in how you can set it up so its easy to put anywhere. Great value for £50 an it isnt flimsy at all.

Brilliant pen for your dog. We recently just purchased a miniture Jack Russell. She will be kept in kitchen overnight and we didnt want a dog house or anyrhijg restrictive. So we found this on Amazon. Came the next day, had it assembled in 2 minutes and the connecting rods between each panel are long enough that tou can push them into grass area in back garden in the finer weather if required. You literally line the panels up and insert the rod from above. You can pull it round as its lightweight and have what ever shape you want. We have made it into a rectangle with our puppies bed up in one corner and her feeding station in the other corner There's alot of room for her to play if we need to put her in there when doing stuff round the house etc. Very impressive pet playpen. Would highly recommend. Its sturdy but can be moved easily an you can even use 4 panels if space is restricted or make it into the shape that suits your area. Very pleased with it.

6 piece Came as described. Good frame and easy to put together. Unfortunately at the moment, our puppy absolutely hates it. He’s happy in his sleeping crate and goes in there whenever he wants a nap, it’s his safe space. We bought the pen thinking it would give him more room to run around safely when we had to leave him alone but he barks incessantly if we put him in. He is only 11 weeks old so maybe it feels too big for him yet.

Excellent . Does the job brilliantly, worth the money and keeps all the 3 different sized dogs safe. It's strong, weatherproof and so versatile in shape. Easy to clean and store away.

Very happy with the flexibility of this 12 panel dog playpen with having two doorways, it is very handy. The panels are robust and sturdy, making it strong enough for larger dogs. I would have liked it to come with some 90° corner brackets which would help to hold the playpen's shape as our puppy will push on the pen sides, making it slide around the lounge floor into all shapes! I can't comment on it being waterproof as it's used indoors but I have aired just washed dog bedding over it and it doesn't appear to have rusted.

This has been an absolute lifesaver after my daschund had spinal surgery for grade 5 IVDD. I started with a big crate, but soon realised I needed extra room, and I needed to be able to lean in and comfort her and cover her over etc. I set this up in lounge, and it's great, she has a play area, sleeping and food/lick mat/drink area. Now 6months on, I still use it and pull one of the corner pins out(so easy to take in and out), and she can wander around and go in and out as she pleases, it keeps her off the furniture. I bought another one for the garden, brilliant item. Dog can't knock it over inside or out. Quick to put up, I am going to take it on my break this year to the cottage by the sea. I just pull a pin out and open up the pen to gain access or change the shape, it's so versatile. I rarely use the door, as I find it easier not to, but my dog is slower to move after her op. I imagine it will be perfect for a puppy.

Excellent product. I ve used multiple versions of these Yaheetech pens. This one is the 80cm x 80cm 12 panel, which has two gate panels. This one is coping with three young energetic collies leaping about in it as a 'toilet pen' to focus them while out in the garden before being let loose to go play! Previous pens are still in operation as temporary fencing having served same purpose at 100cm high for a safe pen while integrating the youngsters with my older very energetic collies. The pens have stood strong outdoors in continuous use in all weathers. They are really easy to set up and move around. And they arrive carefully packed.

I was looking for a cost effective way of creating a safe space for my bulldog. I didn’t want to crate him all the time but he did need to have his own area due to his bladder problems. BUT, I did need to tweak a few things with the setup. It was super easy to set up and take down with the use of the large metal stakes it comes with. Even when it’s used indoors this thing is extremely sturdy! My 50 pound dog cannot knock it over or get out. This dog pen has been a lifesaver for me and my family! Instead of using it as a circle playpen, I used it to fence off his own area in my living room. Now when I leave the house I can have piece of mind that he won’t tear up the place. But also a lot better then putting him in a small crate. TIP: Make sure to buy a 4x4 carpet or something similar to put by each side of the door! Without one my dog was slipping when he tried jumping in and out! I used pieces of stair carpeting and now he doesn’t slip everywhere. Please see picture for my example. Also it is much bigger when used as a fence vs round playpen. If you can use two walls and just fence off an area you will get a lot more space. When using it to fence off an area make sure you also bend a few panels in to make it more circular so they aren’t all straight . This makes it way more sturdier. It’s easy to move when I wash the floor and my dog loves being in it too! Overall for the cost and quality this was one of the best purchases I have made!

We have 3 Yorkies who are always complaining when left outside the pool secure area and who try to escape when in the pool area through some of the numerous fence tiny openings. This new large size pen now allows them to relax while whimpering in the grass right next to the pool.. once dunked they go right back in to dry off. The fencing is sturdy, easy to set up and stays in place.. Also easy to disassemble when the grass maintenance people need it out of the way!

My husband and I just got a golden retriever puppy a few weeks ago and we also have a 5 year old cocker spaniel. During the summer we like to spend time in our yard and in our pool. We live in a quiet neighborhood but we are right next to a road with occasional walkers and cars so safety for the dogs is of upmost importance to us. Last year I kept my dog on a long lead and that worked decently however she was tangling herself a lot in the bushes and fencing on our deck, and we knew with a second dog the tangling would get worse, especially if they start to play. We didn’t want to have to stop what we're doing outside 100 times a day to untangle them so we started to look into other options of keeping them in the yard. I quickly ruled out safety collars and other lead options out there, which pretty much left us with fencing. We rent currently so we couldn’t put in an actual fence and we didn’t have that big of a budget anyway. I knew some family had temporary fencing like this and started looking around, I was so afraid it was going to be super flimsy and get knocked down right away, too short where my dogs could jump over it, and not have enough panels to give them the space I wanted to. After doing a lot of shopping around I came across this product and decided to bite the bullet and try it out. We bought the 40 in tall 32 panels, And we are so delighted with the outcome! It had the perfect amount of panels for the space, granted we used the pool as an extension which was always our plan. It does wobble slightly which is to be expected but we did get a slight rain storm that night and it held great! I also used zip ties when connecting the panels to the deck and pool for extra support. I think for the price it is absolutely worth it! The height is perfect for our pups and I think even when our golden gets to her full size it should keep her in fine, I don’t know about when and if she jumps up on the fence if it’ll hold her but I have high hopes! Since we live in a quiet area I don’t see her doing that much unless she sees another dog. But at least for this year when she’s small it will definitely hold her fine if she jumps on it. And with proper training this is easily avoidable. Our neighbors have a fenced in portion of their yard that’s actual fencing and ours is only a couple of inches shorter! This is going to be great for my peace of mind when relaxing in the pool that the dogs won’t get out on the road and will be in seeing distance at all times. I would highly recommend this product, the assembly was straight forward and easy. Since we ordered the 32 panels it did come in 4 large boxes that are very heavy so I would keep that in mind if you live somewhere where packages are not safe and to have someone or 2 strong people carry them and get them out of the boxes. The gates are also super easy to open and shut and while the opening is a bit narrow to step out of if you’re a larger person such as myself but I can squeeze through just fine without taking the fence down lol! Out of all the options in the market I think this is one of the better ones out there especially for the amazing price! When our golden gets bigger we may consider getting more panels to expand the space more but for this year this will be perfect!

Sturdy, well painted, assembled in 2 minutes with my daughter. Can be used outside, and the assembly pins will anchor it to the ground, great product.
