Does the manual massager or roller work better for getting our lumps and increasing production?

for me the roller worked better. but sometimes i would do like 10-15 min, THEN roller massage out all the lumps and pump again like 10 min while getting out the rest of the clogs... hope that's helps

Both massagers can help with milk flow and emptying the breast. The roller was designed to be an alternative to hand massaging, which is important for any nursing or pumping mother. It makes massaging easier and there are different ways to use it. The roller does not vibrate, however the original massager does. The original massager was designed for clogged ducts, and the shape offers different ways to work into the breast ducts. The one benefit of the original massager if you are not dealing with a clog is that you can leave it vibrating in your nursing or pumping bra to help with milk flow. Could this double as a roller for back massage?

Yes! It's not very large so might not be a replacement for a true back massager, but it works great on the neck/shoulders as well and a fun toy for the little one as a teether. The roller ball comes off and you can use it to apply more pressure.

Would this work for losing fat tissue from breasts?

In theory it could I suppose, it’s a similar idea to that of rolling on a foam roller to break up fat tissue. They make almost rolling pin long rollers that are hand held that I think would work better by covering more area at once. With this you would be rolling a lot to cover the whole breast area to break up fat tissue. This is made for getting around the breast not cover the whole breast at once if that makes sense. Didnt work for me

I bought it after reading the positive reviews but it didnt work for me. I used it while pumping and it’s quite difficult to massage as well as pump with this. And if you need to massage before, you can use your fingers. It’ll give better result.

Item is as described and it arrived on time. It helps with the flow of milk and get out the 'knots' or 'clumps' within the breast. The baby now feeds better.

This massage roller saved me from cyring day and night because I can't extract enough milk for my LO for a month. I was hitting my breast at one point because I know it's filled with so much milk and he was just losing weight. He wasn't latching good. I tried warm compress while pumping and nothing happened. But with this roller, everything went so well. LO is 6 months and a half now and still providing him breastmilk:) Cons: using it constantly directly on my skin gave me rashes. July 8, 2020 Update: this is my 2nd roller. I only used it for 1 month and it broke already. My 1st one lasted more than 5 months and i used it a lot. This 2nd one seems to be flimsy. The moment i opened the box, i knew something was wrong
