Great for icing broken ankle.

I would like it a little larger. The ad description leads you to believe that it is bigger but for someone of a larger size, it does not. It does not wrap around the hip like the picture shows. This was the main reason I bought it. However, I still gave it 5 stars because it fits well on my knee and actually came cooled. Wasnt very cool so it could've been from the colder weather but it worked for the moment. I initially bought this to use after my hip replacement and although I cant wrapnit around like intended, I can still use it on other areas.

This works great! The velcro straps make it easy to keep in place! Stays cold for quite a while! I recently had surgery and I ordered two so that O can alternate between them to keep swelling down!I can’t wait to see how it does as a heat pack.

It's a bit bulky to use. It's heaviness is a plus and a minus. Minus because the heaviness and size makes it more difficult to use when trying to strap it in place. A plus in that it is more solid and stays in place when pressing my back against it. Overall it is more of a plus for me. The Velcro straps take a bit of getting used to. By this I mean, how to strap the ice pack up correctly. I've used it on my hip, lower back, and entire back. I also had colon surgery and used it on my stomach to reduce swelling. It's better than the one I had previously that I purchased at CVS. I hope the Velcro holds up well for this product, but I won't know that for a year or more. Assuming no problems, would I buy it again. Yes. I would. And if the Velcro stops holding, I suspect that i could buy new Velcro straps from the company. Sitting in a chair with it pressed against my back really helps a lot. And the same for my outer hip area. I sit in the chair and press it against the arm of the chair and it stays in place. This way I avoid the need to use the Velcro straps

Totally saved me from pain and swelling due to ortho surgery - stayed cold for a long time, was pliable and has a nice soft pouch it fits into. Freezes and refereezes easily. No complaints!

This is a great product. Shipped fast and is as described. My wife uses this every day for her knee and said it works perfect. She is very happy with it and would highly recommend this product and this seller.
