B12 Strips - 2000mcg with B6, Folate, Biotin

This is a really good product, it helps me focus and stay on track. It also gives me energetic boost when I need it the most. You get much more for your money, and it has a good tastes. This product has became of my daily routine. Make it part of yours you won't regret it.

These B12 strips literally saved my life. I had horrible adrenal fatigue and POTS, along with thyroid issues, hormone issues, etc. I was a vegetarian for 28 years and after my first pregnancy, my body shut down. The doctors didn't know how to help. I was on thyroid medication, steroids, hormone replacement, beta blockers. I researched ALOT. I started wondering if my vegetarian lifestyle was ro blame, even if my doctors said it wasn't. I saw a TED talk by Dr. Terry Wahls, a former vegetarian who developed MS and was wheelchair ridden, but healed herself with food including meat and organ meats. I started taking these B12 strips and noticed my heart felt stronger with less palpitations. I slept better at night. I kept taking them and my POTS symptoms started to disappear. My thyroid even started working again and I had to stop taking my thyroid medication. A warning, if you are severely deficient in B12 and you take these and your body starts to heal, you may find yourself depleted in potassium. If you are feeling like your blood pressure is elevated and you are having burning pains in your back and/or armpits, that could be potassium issues. I never tested low in potassium but was still having those issues so I started drinking a lot of coconut water and stopped taking b vitamins for a little while and the issue corrected itself. You can cut these strips into smaller pieces, and after my initial healing, I now only take about 1/16 of a strip at a time. So thankful for this product, I really feel it helped saved my life. I did have to start eating meat again, which broke my heart, but my health depended on it and my kids need me around.

The taste is like really strong cough medicine plus vitamin B. The strip immediately stuck to the top of my mouth and teeth and was challenging to get off. From there, it just got worse. These made me nauseas ALL day. I couldn't eat anything until about 8 at night (after taking it at 7 am) and even then it was touch and go. There were other gastro related issues throughout the day but I'll spare you the details. To top it all off - they are NOT returnable or refundable. I do not recommend this product or at the least, if you're going to try it, get it from somewhere that allows returns if it makes you ill. Good luck!

I have a B Vitamin deficiency and can't swallow most pills. I researched several products before buying B12 Strips 2000mcg 30 Count My sister and I are very sensitive to stimulants of any kind. We find over stimulation uncomfortable and some products keep us awake at night even if we take them early in the morning. I've been using these for about a week now and have found that although I'm alert from morning to night, I've been confusing alertness with not being able to sleep. This isn't true, I'm just still alert when I am ready to sleep, these don't effect my sleep as much as I thought. I like these and the type of energy they give me. I am definitely more alert and my memory is better. I feel sharp and have more energy. I play purple place on my computer and my scores for memory are much better. So I do recommend these and will continue to use them but I do try to make sure I take a full strip earlier in the day. That said, they taste a bit strong when you first put them under your tongue, like a strong wintergreen. Almost a burning sensation. After a few seconds, you can taste the berry sweet flavor and that mixed with your saliva is what you swish around your mouth but especially under your tongue. 1 strip measures around 1 1/4 inches by slightly less than one inch. I have a small mouth but they dissolve quickly so the size isn't an issue for long. Ingredients - Methylcobalamin (B12) 2000 mg Vitamin B 6 5 mg Folic Acid 800 mcg and Biotin 2500 mcg I was ordering Folic acid separately so this saves me some money The side of the package says B12 Deficiency may cause Fatigue (had that), Depression (yes, especially in winter), Poor Memory (yes), Neurological Symptoms (don't know what those are), High Homocystiene levels (haven't had those measured lately but they have been high), and Poor Circulation (my left foot is warmer when I take these.I'm hoping the right foot will follow suit) Well worth trying.

I ordered this for the B12 and I like that it has additional B6, biotin and folic acid in one strip. I took these to help with insomnia and the low energy I would have after a sleepless night. I felt more energetic right away and varied the dose from 1 - 3 mcg. Since the strips are double the dose of the 1 mcg sublingual tablets I was orgininally taking I alternate between the two forms of B12. My physician said it is ok to take the higher dose since you cannot OD on B12. I highly recommend this product. If you travel these are great as they come in a small plastic container similar to the Listerine breath strips and you use them the same way which is much easier than bringing a bottle of pills.
