Good choice of bars. Delicious way to get some extra protein. Delivered quickly

I use the word "treat" in my title, as these are just that. Protein doesn't make them healthy. Great protein for office days though, pricing is middle of the road. And eating strictly no more than 1 bar per day, no stomach issues either. So the variety packs are like a lucky dip, you don't entirely know what you'll get. Here's what I got: Note: all bars have really great texture, plenty of crunch. Not just a protein cement like some bars give you. 2 x Chocolate Orange - 6.5 / 10: If you like Terry's chocolate, maybe this is for you. It's not my thing though. 2 x Cookie Dough - 8/10: Very chocolatey, the cookie dough or more of a biscuit than anything. Pretty good. A little dry. 2 x Banoffee - 8/10: Good banana flavour, a little artificial but still very pleasant. 2 x Salted Caramel - 7 / 10: Nice taste and good texture, not getting any caramel but maybe due to being chilled. 2 x Peanut Buttercup - 7/ 10: nice peanut butter flavour, actually tasted like a Reece's lite, but for the calories, might as well have a Reece's cup if you really crave it. 2 x White Chocolate Mocha - 6 / 10: A bit bland. The mocha taste is barely there and the white chocolate just tasted of sweetness.

UPDATE last month's two variety boxes had four flavours I've not had before and a nice variety of other flavours. I was over the moon! Sadly, though, this month is again back to the same old same old flavours, and there are too many of them. I will be cancelling my two boxes a month until customers can have more input on the flavours they receive. There are a number that I don't care for and sadly, my boxes contain more of these ones each time, leading me to believe not many others like them either, and so they have boxes of these flavours left over Bars are amazing, the best I have ever tasted. I've been getting them for a while now on Subscribe and Save. Sadly, though, the so-called variety packs seem to have fewer and fewer varieties every time I get them. Amazing! Good quality and value for money these bars actually taste really good they are bigger than some other bars and quite filling I ordered the variety pack and was really pleased with the selection I ordered a second box and received a whole new set of flavors which I thought was brilliant it's not just the same thing all the time absolutely made up with these they are on subscribe and save now look forward to the next ones!

I ordered the 12 pack variety box. Based on the image I thought I'd be getting the full variety of flavours to try but when they arrived I had two lots of 6 different flavours (white chocolate mocha, chocolate chip cookie, banoffee, raspberry dark chocolate, dark chocolate peanut butter and salted caramel). I was mostly disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying the key lime pie flavour but I didn't receive it as I was expecting. On to the taste. I thought these tasted okay, nothing special, just okay but definitely not as nice as other protein bars I have tried in the past. These have a hard chewy bit running down the middle and then a coating of sauce and chocolate. The outer bits are nice but the inner hard chewy bit is not that good hence why I say they're "just okay". Won't buy these again over other protein bar brands but I can see why these could appeal to some people.
