Technology is old... bought 3 for 3 different individuals and locations. Opened one and tried to use. Too much signal from normal use of technology such as equipment, cell phones, computers etc. Contacted professional and he confirmed.... the only use for this would be if you were out in the wood away from any technology and any individual who was present was not supposstes to have any technology (i.e. cell phone) on them. That is the only use for this equipment. Purchased to detect bugs or recording devices. Being honest and having used one only tried to return the 2 that were not opened. Could not find any return info other than they followed Amazons return policy. Requested return... which resulted in a return label and no communication about any restocking fee. When I got the credit it was far less than what I paid. They charged me a 20% restocking. When I inquired the only response I got was that it was per Amazons policy which they attached which said vendors “could” charge up to 20% restocking fee. Very disappointed this was not disclosed with the product description... nor was it communicated when I requested to return. Buyer beware!! Worthless product and bad communication!

The device is perfect. Definitely worth the money. Found what I suspected. If I could afford it I would also buy the device that us the next step up. Again, good service at delivery and good product.
