Very happy with this purchase! Works as says. No issues whatso ever. Only complaint it was fully dead when i got it. Otherwise, great machine, easy to use, travels great, no scratches or issues. Excellent condition and came with a free case with a handle. Sweet score. Good packaging too btw. Very happy.

This did the job. The only thing is that it cannot be charged by a c charger. Which was misleading as the description says so and Rufus also said so. I sooke to cs and they sent me a replacement that also does not charge via c port charger. You need an outlet or AC plug battery pack if you want to charge this when you are on the road. I returned the replacemnt and kept my original order. The battery on this product lasted me more than 8 hours on a full charge with constant use. Which was good. I liked the size and the functionality. I biught a keyboard as my clients sometimes uses the keyboard during signing . I am a mobile notary.

My husband is very fond of his tablet, which he primarily uses for work. I also use it occasionally and enjoy it, prompting me to consider getting one for myself as well.

Damaged USB Port

So far the Surface Go 2 works fine. It seemed at first to be in excellent condition until I took off my sunglasses, that’s when I noticed the scuff mark in the body and some type of tacky residue on the back. I’ve cleaned off the tacky residue, which was only in a couple spots, but discovered the scuff since I couldn’t clean it off. This was sold as Refurbished Excellent and it clearly isn’t in excellent condition and some money should be credited back. Update: While using this today, it wasn’t hot as it was normal use on Internet, the screen flickered showing scrambled multi color vertical lines for less than a second each time. Obviously, if they had actually checked this item they would’ve definitely known it isn’t excellent condition. I’m obviously returning this item, shipped tomorrow. I attempted to reset to factory but the seller messed up the Windows 11 install and files were missing so I couldn’t reset to factory; I had to download a factory image from Microsoft which restored it to Windows 10. Upon completing the restore it asked for a login for Livonia Public Schools. I contacted the IT department at the school for a generic login and the following is the email I received back… I'm not sure who you bought this from on Amazon, but I would contact them and return the device. We were not paid for these and the recycler did not have our permission to resell these devices.

Had it for a fairly long while now, very useful thing to have, i have noticed its starting to get some screen burn, from what i assume is the screen replacement it was fitted with by Amazon

I had my doubts about refurbished products, but this is true value for money! Perfect for working on the move, my back is very grateful to not be lugging around my full sized laptop, and this sips into my handbag. Battery life excellent, so I bought a bluetooth keyboard/cover to go with it., like having a mini laptop in my bag.

This lovely computer arrived complete with Keyboard, which I was not expecting as it was an optional extra originally I believe. From its condition I don't think it had ever been used. No scratches or even fingerprints & the keyboard was pristine. I turned it on and it immediately updated itself to Windows 11, no option to stay on Win10 but I guess as support for that had ended it was the logical step, and what I wanted anyway. I bought a Metapen to go with it which works perfectly and the magnets grip the side securely. The only slight issue is the battery life, which I was expecting, it lasts about 4 - 5 hrs, but that's fine as I only want it to take it on holidays, to view photos from my camera and perhaps do some drawing / painting on an app. I also bought a Nobis 45amp backup battery and a short usb charging cable with the surface go magnetic charging plug. Such a good idea as I caught the cable once and it just pulls out with the tablet / PC staying put. For the money, less than a tenth of my Win11 laptop, it is incredible value
