Best inserts that I have used. I have purchased over the counter inserts for many years. These are better than any of dozens that I have bought over 20+/- years. My doctors referred me to an orto provider but the inserts were $450.00 a pair and I lost all interest at that price. My Johns Hokpins physical thapist reccomended this brand and I could not be more pleased. I have purchased three addional pairs of this brand from Amazon and use these in athletic shoes, work boots, and dress shoes.

These work great my Physical Therapist told me to get them. They’re great if you work on your feet for long periods of time. They’ve also helped after I had a broken leg and degloved heel. They for fit with a little heat and have helped me on my healing journey. As a barber they make it so I can work longer hours without the pain. Highly recommend

Easy to size. Immediately comfortable

I was really surprised when these orthotic shoe inserts arrived to find that they were pre-shaped, not custom orthotics as I had expected, as others that I bought a decade ago had been. In fact, I was initially disappointed about that, but my disappointment lasted less than 24 hours. I had been suffering from increasing pain in my right Achillies tendon and later my heel for several months. For the past month I had been using a cane to keep some weight off my right foot to relieve the pain when walking or standing. Even so, stabbing pains would occur when I moved that I had to rank at a level of 10 at their worst (equivalent to that from burning flesh). To keep this story short, the morning after first using these orthotics for the first day, I woke and had no pain in my right foot when I put weight on it and very little discomfort for the rest of the day.. That was 5 days ago and they are still working. I am using them in my "house shoes." I will probably buy some additional pairs for my other shoes very soon. One week before ordering these orthotics I visited an orthopedist physician who recommended I seek treatment by a podiatrist physician, which I did earlier in the day that I ordered these. This purchase is compatible with her recommendations, and I made the purchase when I found that my custom orthotics did not seem to give enough relief. I give this product 5 starts because that is all that are available - I would give it 10 if I could!

After undergoing bunion surgery, I still experienced some pain underneath my foot, and my podiatrist recommended this Orthotic to provide extra support, especially for my high arches. I was hopeful that this insole would help alleviate discomfort and improve my foot alignment. The design of the orthotic, with removable distal and proximal plugs, full-length insole, and rear foot control, seemed promising. I appreciated the low resistance to joint movement and the option for heat molding to achieve a better fit. However, after giving it a try, I didn't notice a significant difference in my pain levels or overall comfort compared to other insoles I've used. While the concept is great, the insole didn't meet my expectations for the price point. I ended up returning it because it didn't provide the relief I was hoping for. I might consider giving it another shot if the cost were lower, as I believe it could be beneficial with longer-term use for some individuals. For now, it just wasn’t the right fit for me.
