Unflavored is slightly sweet and dissolves well! Personally didn’t use, but a fellow gym friend loves it!

I have always added creatine and glutamine to my post-workout shake and never wanted to have to take a separate drink since I drink a lot during my workout and pee enough as it is. So when Mike / Legion finally released an unflavored version, I figured it was time to give it a try in my shake. Unfortunately, while it is unflavored, I didn't realize it is still sweetened with stevia. Why, Mike, why?!? It's completely unnecessary and made my shake almost undrinkable with how sickening candy-like it tasted. That being said, I've kept with it for a few days and am now able to tolerate the taste (barely). That said, I'm pretty floored by the recovery effect this has had. Pretty much on the first day, DOMS was almost completely eliminated. It also, for some reason, makes me feel slightly less hungry for a bit longer than usual after the shake (I normally feel like I have to eat something solid within 2 hours; adding this got me closer to 3). It's still a bit early to determine long-term effects on my workouts, but I am happy with the effects I'm experiencing so far. I just wish unflavored was truly unflavored and didn't have any sweeteners in it (or maybe reduce by at least half if it's in there to cover up bitterness of something). I would think the people using the unflavored are adding it to something else that already has a flavor and sweetness of its own (for me, it's a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, 2-3 big frozen strawberries, and half a frozen banana - plenty of natural sweetness right there). I can't imagine trying to add this to a chocolate-based shake. If people want sweetened they should be buying the Fruit Punch.

Great product, but it taste horrible. Just buy a different flavor. Do not buy this one.
