I bought these for my 88 year old husband because he was concerned about for getting things. These have sharpen his memory. Easy to swallow. Not a bad taste. Size not big. Very effective. Health is on point with this supplement. He’s remembering things for me. I’m gonna start taking them too. They are worth the try. If you want to see an elderly person improve their memory, try these.

My husband and I started taking Cognium three weeks ago. I have noticed an improvement in my word recall which was the issue for me. My husband has not noticed a change but we are going to reorder another month’s supply. Other memory supplements seemed to make us nervous. We’ve not experienced any side effects with this product. UPDATE: It has now been six weeks in Cognium and I can really tell it us helping me with memory and especially focus! UPDATED AGAIN: We have been on this product for almost three months and it really seems to be effective.

I've been taking the pill version of Cognium for over a month now and was excited to find the gummy version online. I now know why they cost less than the pill - the after taste is not so good. I will be switching back to the regular pill version next purchase, but don't get me wrong, I do love Cognium! I just don't recommend the gunny version.
