This is a replacement for the same brand that was here when we bought our building (14 yrs). We bought this one on that performace. Hard to get too excited about a paper towel dispenser, but this is a very nice machine. Vvery quiet and fast.

It has not been 6 month when I purchased this products and now it is not operating good it doesn’t feed the paper towels right the sensor also not accurate you have to put your hand very close to works and I tried all the setting still not working properly
