The math included is mostly very simple and easy to understand and implement practically. They do push their products quite a bit in the book but then again their stuff is top-of-the-line and this book does give a good description of how it all works. Review: The clearest book on suspension - Amazingly written. Explaining the complexity of suspension and how it works is hard hard hard to do. Unless you're the authors of this book, evidently.
