Excellent customer service. I only received two ladles in the box of what was supposed to be a set of 3, and when I reached out to customer service, they responded to me within the hour and had replacements out to me within the same week. They were very prompt with their emails and timeliness. The ladles themselves are beautiful and I love the hooks on the back to rest on the pan. I have not yet used them but they look like they’ll hold up very well and like they were made very sturdy. They are lightweight and easy to hold, and the finish on them makes them nice and smooth. I am very impressed with both the product and the company themselves and would highly recommend ordering from them if you’re on the fence!

These ladles are solid, pretty and the built in spoon rest is so clever. They are a great replacement for plastic. The largest one holds a decent amount for serving soup and other things. Thesmaller are good for sauces, oatmeal, etc.

Sometimes form and function meet in a really pleasing way and I think this ladle is an example. It looks great and serves its purpose beautifully. Seems to be made from one high-quality piece of wood. Seems like something that could not have been made entirely on machines; somewhere along the line a craftsperson laid their hands on this. The finish is "food-grade, non toxic lacquer." I don't doubt that but I'd like to know, just from curiosity, a bit more. Processed walnut oil? Just wondering. The piece makes me think of Shaker design.

I like the 3 different sizes of ladles in this set. this is why I ordered these. I also like how they are made with the notch so as not to slip into the pot or bowl. These are easy to wash and dry by hand. After I hand dry them, I lightly oil these with a little grape seed oil, or olive oil before I store them in my utensil canister.

Well made but small scoop for soup.

I bought this ladle to use with my enamel dutch oven (to avoid scratches) and am so glad I did. The color of the wood is beautiful, the finish is smooth, and there is no taste or odor from the finishing oil. The size of the ladle is good, not too big or small. It obviously has to be handwashed which is a downside of wooden utensils but I have no doubt it will last for years. I have other cooking utensils from this brand and have been equally pleased! Only downside is the price—this ladle seemed overpriced compared to the other utensil set I purchased from them.

Beyond the quality of the spoons, I was really impressed by the company's customer service. One of the spoons arrived with a small crack in the bowl, but Woodenhouse was fantastic to deal with. They responded quickly and made it right immediately without any hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend these for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen gear.

Superb. I was not sure if I would like teak ladles but honestly, they are wonderful. Quality is excellent and they are very practical. I previously bought a bigger woodenhouse set and am more than delighted.
