Perfect, with one caveat.
These are very nice, well-made floor mats that fit my newer Mustang perfectly, and the horse and tri-bar stitching is beautiful. There is one problem, and that is the holding snaps are too big and don't hold the mats securely. I solved the problem by popping the holders out of the old mats and inserting them into these mats, took about 10 minutes.

Falling Apart
The Mustang symbol is peeling up, and the holes will not stay over the pegs coming out of the floor to keep the matts in place. They were nice looking, though kind of thin. I expect them to fall apart.
