Best pull-up bar I’ve owned. Very stable, looks very cool, and easy to assemble. For perfectly into my door frame.

I bought these for my man who is into working out but can't go to the gym rn. Came on time, well packaged, and easy to put together. He has used this pull up bar as often as he goes to the kitchen where I put it which is several times a day. He couldn't pull himself up at first but after trying over a course of Maybe 2 to 3 days he was able to. Now he is about 3 weeks in and MAN those results are real. He can do at least 10 at a time and I can physically see and feel how much stronger he is by using this item. He said he gives it 10/10 and will buy again if needed. We recommend this item and I can say as long as you stay vigilant you will see results. Super sturdy, hasn't damaged the door frame, and worked well for push ups as well.

I settled on this one after a long search on Amazon for a simple and inexpensive pull up bar (multi grip light) . I got it for 20.99, but I see today it is 19.99. Based on reviews, I found that people had various issues with some of the other popular listings. So far, I am NOT seeing any of those issues; NO foam grips spinning, NO black makings or damage to wall, NO bar falling down. This gem was buried in this listing because it sold different models. Of course, my bar is still pretty new so there is potential for issues to come up. Assembly: It did not require much assembly, just 4 nuts and bolts, and twisting the two parts of the main bar together. The instructions said to twist the bar clockwise, but for mine it fit correctly by twisting counterclockwise. It also comes with a little wrench. Install: It came with a little simple metal safety piece to help keep the bar from unhooking from the door frame. I struggled a little to jimmi the piece between my trim and wall. My trim was pretty tight against the wall, which is a good thing because it supports the bar. The metal safety piece may leave slight damage to the wall, but I have mine on a inconspicuous closet door. I have an average sized door opening and trim and the bar was almost too long. If my door was wider, more of the cushioning foam would be in contact with the side trim of the door. It seemed like there is enough contact with the cushion, but I’ll continue to monitor it for any issues. I am satisfied with this so far as it feels sturdy for supporting 130 lbs.

This product was easy to install, looks nice, and feels very strong and secure during use. It came with all of the hardware needed to build it, as well as the tool used to tighten the nuts/screws. The foam padding allows for a comfortable and tight grip on each of the different grip locations. I did not measure my doorway before purchasing this and it fits perfectly, so if you are worried about whether or not it will fit in your home, I hope this eases your mind a bit. It also does not need to be screwed into the wall or door frame, making it great for people who do not want to leave any permanent marks or holes. The only piece of hardware that would leave a semi-permanent mark/hole is the "Z-bracket". This is a small z-shaped piece of metal that is meant to be installed into the trim so that the pull-up bar can nest down into it. I did not install the Z-bracket because I rent my apartment did not want to leave a permanent mark/hole, albeit a small one, in the trim. The product works perfectly and feels strong and secure without it, so if you are in a similar situation and do not want to leave any holes in your home, I have found that the Z-bracket is not necessary. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to add variety or an extra challenge to their at-home workout.

I am very happy with my purchase of this pull-up bar and think the value for the money makes it an even better deal ! It's sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to set up and use. Heavy duty padding protects the door frames too ! My only (very small) complaint was that the wrench provided did not fit the screw/nuts - making it useless. I used my own ratchet wrench and it was an easy assembly ! Other than the wrench issue, I HIGHLY recommend this pull-up bar to everyone !

It's a good instrument to do pull-ups/chin-ups.

Piece of junk. Not even wide enough for a standard American doorway. Not even close, making it unusuable. On top of that, it's manufacturing design is cheap to cut costs. They use two spring washers without flat washers, which makes spring washers almost irrelevant if they don't have a flat surface to press on. As a result there is no stability and the pieces move around even when the nuts are as tight as they can be. Don't waste your money. If you really want a pull up bar just buy the Perfect brand for $40.

Perfecta si no quieres abrir huecos ni dañar los marcos de las puertas! Tuve que hacerle una modificación porque mis paredes y marcos son muy estrechos, pero va genial.

Ne convient pas sur mes portes. L’angle du coude est trop important ce que fait que la barre plate de cintre poid n’est pas bien a plat et par conséquent ne tient pas. Du coup impossible de faire des tractions m. Dommage !

I still am using this product after 1 year, and it still functions very well (no sign of damages). Easy to assemble.
