The Fixit Minnow Precision Bit Set Is A well made compact set. Was surprised at how compact it was. Pocket size and lightweight. Has all the bits I need to fix on the go without me needing to carry my bigger set with me. The new Polymer driver is nice and the top comes off and has A built in sim remover tool. You can also put about 2 to 3 bits inside it too. I also have the iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit which has the precision Driver, Aluminum and it is the same size as the Polymer driver in the Minnow set but does not have the built in sim remover. The case is well made and the magnets keep it shut tight. You do have some space to add some bits and guitar picks with the case being able to close. I am carrying around the Minnow Precision set but with Precision DriverAluminum from the Essential Electronics Toolkit (sim tool not built in) guitar picks Sim tool

I like to tinker with things every now and again, taking gadgets apart just to put them back together for no reason. the minnow has helped me so much in my tinkering habits as well as general electronic repairs around the house. It is very versatile and the magnet is pretty strong and should allow you to pick up ferrous screws easily. The rubber handle is really nice and the sim ejector is a nice touch. It has really high quality bits and is small enough to put in your pocket and take around and it has probably most of the conventional small electronic screws that you would need. Highly recommend for any diy enthusiasts out there!

Another amazing ifixit kit. Great for travel with all the essential bits! I would recommend if you want a handy toolset for when you're working remotely.

This iFixit kit was all I needed to build my PC, utilising a single PH1. I was blown away by the exceptional magnetism with this product - it served the purpose very well. The sleek and portable design makes this highly useful for electronic repairs on the go with such a wide variety of bits, and has quickly become a must have in my backpack at all times.

As an IT tech, Ifixit is the go to brand and this was no exception, very good quality set and a good price paid, very happy with this, must have for anyone needing to fix electricals or if they just need a nice little set for home use.

i bought this set for work as i have a few iFixit sets and i needed a good quality set for work. they work great and have a lifetime warrantee on the driver bits (so ignore the 1* reviews) they have worked well on my iPhone repairs as well as Samsung and the retro consoles i repair

Great mini kit. Perhaps a little pricey for what it is but it’s good quality so probably worth it.

No me había interesado comprar alguna herramienta de esta marca iFixit, solo he usado marcas como Jakemy, Trupper, Stanley, desarmadores sin marca, que fui comprando en tiendas de electrónica de la CDMX hace muchos años, los cuales duraron poco porque se desgastaban u oxidaban con frecuencia. Así mismo, lo que hace que una herramienta en este caso para uso en reparaciones de electrónica no dure lo que se puede esperar, es la calidad del acero con el cual se construyen sus puntas, cuando se insertan en el tornillo, la mayoría comienzan a despostillarse, al grado que al usarse frecuentemente, ya no sea viable por que maltratan el tornillo y puede ser complicado quitarlo. Compre este set de desarmador con 16 puntas intercambiables, porque son de acero S2, y esto asegura durabilidad con el uso constante en mi taller de reparaciones de equipos de cómputo. Existen otras marcas en el mercado, pero viendo reseñas y videos de herramientas iFixit, me parece que es de lo mejor, y lo confirmo, al abrir este set que compre, modelo Minnow, la calidad es excepcional, desde el estuche magnetico, y dentro en una espuma, vienen las puntas y el desarmador, el cual, aunque es de plástico, tiene una calidad sobresaliente, el grip moleteado es de hule antiderrapante, permitiendo una perfecta sujeción al desatornillar. Es ligero, pero de buena dureza. Las puntas tienen un diámetro más largo para usar en orificios más profundos. En verdad me ha gustado este pequeño set, y creo que compraré otros modelos y demás herramientas para actualizar las que ya tengo. Había comprado hace unas semanas, otro set de la marca Jakemy, muy completo, pero las puntas son solo de acero cromo-vanadio y en el primer uso, paso lo de todas, se despostillo la punta al insertar en el tornillo de una laptop, y por eso busque otras opciones. Recomiendo este set de desarmador, es calidad precio.

It's good, it's cheaper than the other ifixit kits, and it has the screw bits for most cases you'd need. No reason to spend more money on the other ifixit kits unless you know they have a screwbit you need or you know you'll make use of the suction cups or the wedgers or the other peripherals. It's also magnetic, both the case locking and the screwdriver. Only issue with the case is the screw driver tray which is a bit small and the screws get magnetized/sticks to the case magnetic part but for the price its ok.

i honestly have been thinking about buying 2 more of this set and a few larger i fixit kits they are so reliable and just work
