I actually got the kidney, gallbladder and liver, and pancreas formulas and am taking them at a dose of 15 drops 3 times a day on a mostly water fast. I say mostly because of the added herbs. I'm also taking a parasite formula (also liquid) from NOW. I'm oil pulling every morning and brushing my teeth because I can't handle the taste in my mouth this time around. I know a lot of people think that's a terrible thing, but I brushed (with baking soda) during a 60 day fast in 2006 with no issues. Anyway, within the last year, I've tried to do a prolonged fast, but the rashes and dry skin patches (likely candida) were a bit scary for me. I was afraid I was too toxic. So that was the point in ordering these herbs. I'm on day 4 of my fast now and I have to say they really helped with the headaches and hunger, and the skin eruptions are vastly improved. I had a lot of dreams last night of drinking different things (non-alcoholic) which was weird, but apart from that everything is running smoothly. I'm not as low energy as I was in 2006. I did take herbs back then too, prescribed and mixed by my naruropath, but they weren't to help detox. They were for PCOS and endometriosis. So I honestly feel like these are helping because the difference is noticeable. When I break my fast, I will be transitioning back to the vegan diet I stopped in 2013. Since then my health has declined rapidly. This is a huge reset for me.

Have been using this for almost 10 years. Works better than capsules for me because capsules could create clog in the kidneys. Best to take this on empty stomach and not eat anything preferably 2 hours. Keep using it for a few weeks and your filter function and urination improves significantly .

I had tests in December which were high. So I decided to try this product. My albumin/creatinine ratio improved. But I was also placed on Jardiance. My EGFR and Creatinine with blood draw was reduced and not improved at all while using this product for one month. I did notice my ankles were not as swollen each day. So maybe this helps with kidney stones or maybe you have to be on it for 3 months to see a difference. But I had hoped to see improved EGFR and creatinine within this one month of use. P.S. With 25 mg Jardiance, 2 ouces of body balance and this 3 times a day for 4 weeks. A kidney test went from 579 to 29, normal range.
