Best vitamins for my knees. I would recommend!
Been taking these for my knees for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone who is suffering from bone on bone knee pain. They help with the pain, but you do have to take them everyday and for over a month before you get any benefits. My knees still crack and pop but I'm not limping or hurting as bad as I use to do before taking them. I have tried other vitamins or brands but I still had pain. I have to reorder now as I just ran out. Thanks for reading this and God bless you!
