If you are trying to break the lid, yes you can drive over it. There is no support under the lid except the lip that keeps it from falling on

I have a sprinkler system with these icv lids. the outside measurement of the lid including lip is 6 in. the inside is 5 and a half in. what size need

I have the exact same situation. I orderedd 6" lids that looked identical to mine. Same company and markings on it. Most people would assume a 6" lid should fit a 6" box. Problem is, not a single seller i've found on here gives both the inner diameter and the outer diameter, or I.D. and O.D. I figured they were standardized. They're not. I now have 2 lids that sit almost perfectly on my 6" box, but there's no way they will fit down into the top of the box. I measured the I.D. of mine again and it's just over 5.5", like yours. I guess they mean 6" I.D. but they don't say, and returning them will cost more than the product. If you find the right size let me know please. I'll do the same. Good luck.
